Cookies enable us to offer better website services to visitors or to improve the website performance. You can manage the cookies under Cookie Settings.

SERVER LOG FILES

The provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically sends to us when you visit the website. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Date and time of the server request
  • IP address

These files are not merged with other data sources. The legitimate interest here lies in the technically faultless and optimized provision of our services for you.

TRACKING & ANALYSIS TOOL
We use the tracking and analysis tool of Jimdo GmbH, Stresemannstraße 375, 22761 Hamburg ("Jimdo statistics"). In accordance with Art. 6 (1) 1 letter f of the GDPR, this serves to safeguard our legitimate interest in a demand-oriented, user-friendly design and continuous improvement of our offers through statistical evaluations of your user behavior. Jimdo statistics do not use cookies. Your data (IP address, time of visit to the website, device and browser) will be collected, summarized and processed automatically and pseudonymized for the aforementioned purposes.

Your data is shortened, stored as a hash value and also encrypted by a random value that changes every 24 hours. In this way, no conclusions can be drawn about the identity of individual users. There will be no further merging of the data.

Our website is hosted on Jimdo, which by default uses the Content Delivery Network (CDN) from Cloudflare Inc, 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare) to improve the loading times of the website. The use of a CDN enables the user to make content available for retrieval more quickly with the help of regionally or internationally distributed servers.

ENQUIRIES BY E-MAIL

If you contact us directly by e-mail, your inquiry including all personal data (name, contact data, inquiry itself) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent. The processing is based on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR in so far as your enquiry is connected with the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. a GDPR and/or on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f. GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us. You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal notification by e-mail to [email protected] is sufficient for this purpose. Your revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that has taken place on the basis of the consent until the revocation. The data you have sent us by contact request will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or for the purpose for which it was stored ceases to apply, e.g. due to the completed processing of your request. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
